I’ve always half joked about where would the polar bears go
after the ice melted, but is it really happening? After years of watching and
now genetic evidence scientists are saying yes. Looking at the genes of the
polar bears scientists can see a trend of the newer generations moving to areas
with year round ice. NOAA backs these findings with their own. Reporting that
the warming of the Arctic is affecting their migrations. With warming rates
twice as fast as anywhere else the poles and their inhabitants are being
affected the most. Read more at The Guardian.
