10-Day Bike Challenge

I have recently injured my knee while running so I have had to look for alternative ways of cardiovascular exercise to stay in shape. While I enjoy swimming there is nothing like being outside and riding a bike. Since for some reason we have been blessed with the gift of a very light rain here these past couple of weeks. So I challenge everyone who reads this to a 10-day biking contest. Go to the app store on your phone and download RunKeeper it will help you track your miles. I will keep you updated on my own progress; I hope to see many of you out there getting your bike on.  Don’t drive bike!
