Hong Kong Sea Sparkel is Deadly

In Hong Kong the waters are glowing blue. Though this looks beautiful its caused by harmful agricultural run off which may kill important marine species in the are. This florescent runoff is and algal bloom with the name of sea sparkle this sea sparkle can be devastating to marine life. Sea sparkle eats plankton which is a food source for lots of marine animals. There is currently no plan of action to deal with the sea sparkle.
