The UK government
says that they can avoid global warming without sacrificing much. For this to
happen there needs to be a huge overhaul on the way energy is used and produced
as well as improving carbon syncs. GMO crops will likely have to support the
food demand as the world works its way to 9 billion people. This is based on a
