After the huge drop in crude oil prices some experts warn
that renewable energy will take a hit. However, the head of the Energy
Information Administration has announced that it might not be the case. Tax
incentives and programs that require renewable energy maintain a demand for
wind and solar power. Since most of our power comes from coal and gas oil
prices shouldn't affect green power much. However, it will affect transportation,
as the cheaper gas is likely to result in more internal combustion engines then
