In drought-stricken north Queensland, graziers say the future of their industry depends on rain or more financial assistance.
They want the state government to subsidize food costs as animals die off. As the drought continues to taken countless cattle, farmers are wanting the current subsidies that cover transport of relief, like food and water, to also cover the food and water itself.
The drought has devastated the resources to the graziers in Queensland.
One farmer interviewed, in the video from ABC Gold Coast, said they spend 35000 dollars a month to keep their stocks alive.
